PACKAGE Excludes (AT YOUR OWN COST)

  1. Flight Ticket – Self Purchase or purchase through Alligator Cards (service charge – RM30 per booking). Please check availability of room before purchasing your flight ticket.
  2. Tipping, Agent Collection Fee, Compulsory Tour – Please refer itinerary
  3. Visa Application Fees (Malaysia passport, Single Entry) - Please refer itinerary
  4. Traveler who leaves the group during the duration of the tour is subject to a surcharge of RM250 per person per day.
  5. A surcharge of RM150 per person will be applied for request of* Halal /Vegetarian Food (*where applicable).
  6. Any other additional services requested by the travelers (e.g. laundry, mini bar consumption and etc.)

 

RESERVATION / FULL PAYMENT

  1. All notice or payment (tipping, agent collection fees, compulsory tour and/or any additional request) must be received or paid in full at least 45 days before the travel date.
  2. RM50 per person surcharge will be imposed for reservations made lesser than 45 days (subject to availability).
  3. Payment must be made upon sending this voucher to Alligator Cards Services Sdn. 
    Bhd.
    1. All payment must be payable to Alligator Cards Services Sdn. Bhd. by cash, cheque or bank-in at Public Bank account number: 3150134325.

AIR LINES

Air Asia is the choice of airlines. All tours will be from this airline’ embarkation airports.

 

VISA APPLICATION FEES

  1. Must be pre-paid by the applicant and is non- refundable.
  2. Cancellation of tour due to visa rejection will be charged service/documentation fees.

 

TOUR FARE CANCELLATION CHARGE (ALL DESTINATIONS EXCEPT FOR HONG KONG)

 

Once full payment received, if cancel:-

  1. 60 days before departure – 100% refund
  2. 30 days before departure – 50% per person will be charged and balance will be
    refunded to traveler.
  3. Less than 30 days before departure - No refund to customer

For example:

Case 1

You have booked and paid RM445 per person inclusive of Tipping, Agent Collection Fee, and Compulsory Tour to Beijing.

 

If cancel 30 before the departure date the refund will be:-
RM445 of 50% = RM222.50 per person refunded amount.

 

LEAVE TOUR

During the tour, NO ONE IS ALLOWED to leave the tour.

 

TRAVEL DOCUMENT & OTHER INFORMATION

  1. It is passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid international passport, relevant visas (if required).
  2. Ample time must be given to us for visa application.
  3. Passport validity at least 6 months is in order and complied with prior to departure.
  4. No refund or compensation will be made to guests who are denied embarkation resulting from non- compliance with immigration requirements.
  5. Duration of tour in term of DAYS includes day of departure and day of return. Neither of these are full days.
  6. Neither Alligator Cards nor participating tour agents shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the tour member in connection with any accommodation transportation or any other incidental charges there to resulting directly or indirectly from improper of insufficient passport visa or other documents, however arising or rejection of entry port by the relevant.
  7. Authorities and neither Alligator Cards nor participating companies shall not be liable for any additional expenses or liabilities incurred by the tour member inclusive of any request for refund of the tour price paid as a result of the foregoing clause.
  8. No refund value on unutilized sector of air ticket.

 

EXTENSION OF STAY

  1. Extension of Flight ticket must be informed at the time of reservation (either self booking or book with Alligator Cards).
  2. Extension of Stay must be informed at the time of reservation (if you book extension stay with Alligator Cards, otherwise, please make your own arrangements).
  3. Transport to the airport will NOT be provided for Self Booking of room extension.

BAGGAGE

  1. Alligator Cards and the selected tour agents assume no responsibility for any loss or damage to baggage or belongings (checked-in or hand-carried) whilst they are in the custody of the airlines, other transportation companies, accommodation supplies or the passenger.
  2. However, our selected tour agents will assist you in making the relevant claims provided it does not interface hamper the conduct of the tour or other members of the group.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Passengers are recommended to purchase travel insurance.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

  1. The organizer (Alligator Cards and the selected tour agent) act as an agent for the transportation companies, hotels and other principals for the tour programs.
  2. The organizer accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings or resulting directly from any occurrences beyond its control including breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delays, medical or customs regulations, cancellations, changes in itinerary of schedules, etc.
  3. Travel documents are the responsibility of persons taking the tours.
  4. The tour company reserves the right to alter itineraries, travel arrangements, hotel accommodation etc, if this is necessary or in the case of force majeure.
  5. The tour company reserves the right to cancel land tour prior to departure for any reason, including insufficient number of participants.
  6. Should this happen the entire payment will be refunded without further obligations on the part of the company.
  7. The organizer also reserves the right to require any individual to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his action or conduct is detrimental to the welfare of other clients, the tour as a whole and the organizer shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such person.
  8. No guides, tour leaders or other employees or agents of the organizer is authorized to commit the organizer to any liability whatsoever and the organizer will not be bound by any statement or representative unless it is in writing and signed by a management executive of the company.
  9. The special air ticket issued is based on group travel and restricted to respective airline it is strictly non-endorsable, non-refundable and non-reroute.

10. Alteration on the routing or date of travel is at the passenger’s own risk.

11. No refund will be made to any person for unused air-ticket or who do not partake in any sightseeing tour or accommodation not used in part / full.

12.  **Tour fare is subject to change without prior notice due currency fluctuation or increase in air fare.

PACKAGE Excludes (AT YOUR OWN COST)

1. This voucher is for 2 adults departure. The second customer (who enjoys the Free    
package) will be only charged RM60 per adult (Handling Fees).

2. This voucher is only valid for Normal Travelling Season (Sun-Thurs)

3. Combination of vouchers to claim only FREE travel is strictly not allowed.

 

RESERVATION / FULL PAYMENT

Reservation and full payment (Fare + Handling Fee) must be made at least 45 days before the departure date

 

HOTEL CANCELLATION CHARGES:-

1) 60 days before arrival ~ Charge 10% of full fare

2) 45 days before arrival ~ Charge 30% of full fare

3) 30 days before arrival ~ Charge 50% of full fare

4) 14 days before arrival ~ Charge 75% of full fare

5) 07 days before arrival ~ Charge 100% of full fare
